New Destiny facility update

************************************************************************************

Greetings! We at New Destiny are thankful and blessed to have our own facility. We had our grand opening celebration on Saturday, Jan. 7th and then the local Chamber of Commerce did a Grand opening ribbon cuttin this past Thursday (Jan. 26th).

In a just a short time, we have come a long way with updating and renovating the church facility. It was a vibrant church of God facility for many years. God is rebirthing through New Destiny. The whole inside has been painted, a new well pump has been replaced, all carpet has been cleaned, 130 chairs were donated, 2 new doors were put in, a new church sign was installed, the sound system and lighting has been set and much of the inside plumbing has been worked on.

There is always work that can be done on a facility, but I feel led to share a few needs that are beyond or funds / resources. I just ask that you pray, help, spread the word to someone who may be able to help. Thank you.

1. The is 3 Heat condenser units outside. 1 of the units is broke and cannot be repaired. It amounts to we are using EM (emergency heat) in half of the building. Thankfully we have been having mild spring like weather! But we do not have any A/c in that half of the building. We have had a friend of mine that is a professional...and had others look as well. All agree this is the issue. It amounts to we need a 4 ton heat pump condenser. Retail it would be $6000 - $8000. I recieved an estimate of $3500 - $4000, possibly less if a scratch and dent unitl was found.

2. Most of the windows in the facility need to be replaced. We have 3 windows that are missing windows. It is double panel and they only have one panel. It will take an estimate of at least $200 per window.

There is other items as well, but these would be the top 2 items of need.

Blessings,

Mike Teeter
