Saturday Church, cookout! This Saturday, July 30th

New Destiny invites you to our first Saturday Church service in our history! There will not be any church on Sunday, July 31st. On Saturday July 30th at 10am, we will be having a church service at the same place - The Club at Westport. Special guest - Ignited 12:29 Youth will be presenting their Fine Arts presentations and I will be bringing The Word (devotional).

Following Church, we will be having a picnic / cookout and the pool will be open to us to use. The cookout / pool time will go until no later than 3pm. (Please bring appropriate pool attire to change into after Church...and also you may want to bring a towel) This is a great opportunity to invite family, friends or neighbors!

*New Destiny will provide hamburgers, hot dogs, buns, plates, cups, and basic condiments. We are asking others that come (and are able to) to bring soda or other drinks (no glass containers), chips, cookies or other side dishes. I suggest no mayo based, since we will be outside. Please try to contact us if you are able to bring something, so we may let others no what is still needed. Thank you.*

Sunday, July 24th! special guest

I encourage all of us to be in prayer for tomorrow night's 6 pm New Destiny Celebration service. We are having Denver Wesleyan's Youth worship team come to minister in music, God is giving me a timely impactful WORD and then great fellowship following service (with some good food - probably pizza). May the church service be packed out with people hungry for HIM... But regardless of who and how many show up --- May God show up in a powerful, anointed, life changing, healing impactful way tomorrow night. A true revival starts with each one of us and HIM!



Melissa and I (and baby Katelyn) are excited of what God has in store for us, our community and New Destiny!

New Destiny Community Church is excited to have Denver Wesleyan Youth Worship team coming this Sunday, July 24th at 6pm to lead worship! I encourage all of us to be praying for Sunday. May God powerfully touch and change lives. We are planning to have a time of fellowship after service.

On July 30th at 10am, we will be having "Saturday Church" for the first time in New Destiny history. Students from Ignited 12:29 Uth (Pastor Paul's group) will be sharing some of their Fine Arts presentations. Immediately following service, we will be having a picnic/cookout and The Club at Westport has opened up the pool for us that day as well. There will be no church on Sunday, July 31st. We will be on regular schedule August 7th.

On Sunday, August 7th at 6pm, we will be having Jiska and possibly other Fire School Students coming to share.

Denver NC Fireworks 2011! III

Wow! We had an incredible time at this year's Denver NC Fireworks. New Destiny Community Church was a sponsor / vendor this year. We were thankful to be a part of this great celebration held on by DABA (Denver Area Business Association). New Destiny with the help of an outreach team from Lake Wylie Christian Assembly (led by Pastor Billy Ginn) handed out over 1000 bottles of water, 45 t shirts, candy and was able to connect with many people in the community. Also, I was given the opportunity to give the invocation (prayer) prior to the Star Spangled Banner! The area was packed for a wonderful fireworks display. Thank you to everyone for parntering with us in prayer, as well as the outreach team from LWCA.

Greetings! Melissa and I hope everyone is doing well this holiday weekend. My parents came yesterday to be with us through Tuesday. They are enjoying seeing baby Katelyn! We really feel blessed to have such a sweet daughter.



God has been doing a mighty work through New Destiny and I know greater things are to come! We appreciate all who partner/team up with us to touch lives in Denver, NC and the surround East Lincoln area. He has been stirring my heart with His Word and am excited for where He is taking us. Today, Saturday July 2nd is the Denver NC Fireworks. New Destiny is a sponsor/vendor for this community event held on by DABA (Denver area business association). New Destiny is a member of DABA and we look forward to being a part of this great event. The Fireworks were amazing last year. We will be giving out cold water and New Destiny? t shirts at our booth with the purpose of spending time connected with people. I also encourage us all to be in a mode of prayer as well. I invite everyone who can to come join us to help and enjoy this great community event. We will start setting up around 3:30pm.

Tomorrow night, we have guest worship leader John Perkins coming to lead worship at our New Destiny worship service at The Club at Westport in Denver NC at 6pm. It is going to be an incredible God anointed time of praise and worship, and God's Word! Invite a friend, family or neighbor to join us.

Saturday, July 9 New Destiny will be on the radio from 12 noon until 12:30pm on 1270am.

Sunday, July 24th, we will be having a local worship team from Denver Nazarene Church coming to lead worship.
