Thank You - LWCA and New Destiny Address

Melissa and I are so thankful for our church, Lake Wylie Christian Assembly, and for Pastor Gunn. We have grown so much from the covering and leadership demonstrated in this body of Christ. Yesterday, before he preached, Pastor Gunn announced our vision for New Destiny Community Church and LWCA's plan to sponsor and cover us as we journey forward. Thank you LWCA!
We still need many prayer partners, workers, and financial partners. Just today I opened a bank account for New Destiny. So, anyone is welcome to give directly to New Destiny or via the NC District.
Please feel free to contact us!

Church Address and it is official!!

Just a week ago Melissa and I recieved approval from NC as a new church plant!! We met with Church Planter Director Pastor Jim Kelly. Now is The Time to reach the community of Denver/West Lake Norman NC.

Then just 2 days ago, the NC Secretary and I set up the legal documents to be an official AG church. We are now an open church. We still have much ground work in building prayer partners, gathering workers and financial partners. If you have an interest in helping, please contact me.
A reminder that we have a matching grant that will match up to $30,000.

As of today, we have a church address:

New Destiny Community Church
137 Cross Center Road #252
Denver, NC 28037

You are welcome to write any checks in the church name and mail
to above address or use the NC District Address and us the
account # on Faith Promise Cards and put in memo for
New Destiny/Lake Norman NC.

Blessings,

Pastor Mike

we need your help!!

This past Saturday Melissa and I recieved the official blessing to go forward with planting a church!! Now is the time.... to go full throttle. We realize there are so many that need to Meet Jesus!! So many that need to see His Love lived out loud. Our heart is to connect with and love the community of Denver/Lake Norman NC by our actions and words.

We need your help! We need many prayer partners. Please commit to praying. We need many workers: weekly and those who can help for special events. Also, yes, we need finances. Great News: we have a great chance of obtaining a matching grant to launch our church(of up to $30,000). So, every dollar raised will be matched. Half of which can be via Faith Promise/Pledges.

Thank you to everyone who supports Melissa and me.... and the work of New Destiny!!

Just email Pastor Mike with any questions...

Kershaw Prison Outreach - March 14th Chapel

Wow!! Just incredible how God comes through everytime we go to Kershaw Men's Prison. A team of 7 of us went this past Saturday to hold the chapel service. Scott, Bruce and Franklin gave testimonies and then Tyler brought The Word. It was the first time we have had a Testimony Service. Each testimony was special and hit in just the right way. Scott shared from his heart. Franklin brought a deep passionate teaching testimony and then Bruce brought a light hearted funny testimony. Great job to all.

In the end, there were 20 decisions for Jesus and many others touched for Him. If you have not gotten a chance to look at the video of Antonio's testimony/interview, check it out on

Blessings,

Mike

Prison Ministry Testimony

Since 2005, we have been going to Kershaw Prison to minister. Each time we take in a team - that God puts together and God moves mightily. The Prison Ministry is one ministry Melissa and I plan to continue as we plant New Destiny. We believe God will continue to raise others up for this ministry and we will team up with LWCA and other churches for this outreach and other outreaches.

Please pray for us as we do a chapel service tonight. Tyler Neal is bringing the Word.

I had the opportunity to interview a former inmate - Anontio last Sunday afternoon. You can catch this video on LWCA website -
http://www.lwcag.org/
check it out!! This is the longer version the website. In the morning,
we will be showing a shortened version. Thank you to LWCA media director for all of her hard work.
Blessings, Mike
